Kristy Possert, a Perry, FL native, served our community for 20+ years in the HVAC business in sales, support, and management positions. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a real estate professional and earned her sales associate license and Realtor designation in 2020. She brings a tenacious work ethic, a wealth of knowledge of the construction and HVAC industries, and a family tradition of service in the Real Estate industry. Her real estate-related professional designations include Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource (SFR).

Her husband and teammate Rich came to Northeast Florida through his service in the U.S. Navy. Born and raised in the Northeast Ohio rust belt, he joined the Navy after graduating high school and, after 23 years of service, retired as a Chief Petty Officer here in Jacksonville. After retiring from the Navy in 2017, his drive to serve his community, and his family history of service in the Real Estate Industry, he began his career as a Real Estate Professional, earning his sales associate license and Realtor Designation in 2017. His real estate-related professional designations include Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and the National Association of Realtors "Commitment to Excellence" (C2EX).

Since starting their careers as Realtors, they've been among the highest-producing agents at the brokerage and regional levels and have been awarded Brokerage and Regional Rookie and Agent of the Year Awards. The Golden Anchor Team was named to signify specific things to their customers. An anchor keeps a ship safely in a harbor in rough seas. A ship is kept in place in that harbor not by the weight of that anchor, but by the weight of the chain that connects it to its ship. They will be there for their customers through those potentially heavy seas and will work with their chain of support to ensure that they see your transaction through closing and beyond. Their rule of thumb is the Golden Rule. Treat everyone like you would like to be treated. They believe having a solid work ethic, unwavering integrity, and respect for others are keys to serving our family, customers, and community; so they live by that ethos. They truly love Northeast Florida; they have two daughters and enjoy working with the exciting and diverse community that is growing here! They are very active in the Military and Veteran communities in NE Florida. Rich is a member of the Greater Beaches VFW Post 3270, serves as the VFW Department of Florida District 6 Commander, and is the Past Chairman of the Veterans Council of Duval County, and Kristy is a three-time President of the Greater Beaches VFW Post 3270 Auxiliary. They enjoy golf, rooting for our local sports teams, and playing with their dog, a pug named Bubba!
